What a wonderful world... despite the turbulence! Though it can feel like the glass is half empty, I find peace through faith, and by focusing on where we can make a positive difference while letting go of what we cannot control. In the world of hospitality, there are daily reminders of love and the glass half full; warm greetings, kindness, smiles, “please,” “thank you,” “happy to help,” hugs, humor, laughter, playful charm, friendship, and twinkle-in-the-eye-mischief.
Reflecting... on our 40th Anniversary we are grateful for the daily opportunities to share the warmth and optimism we hope to see in the world. And heck, if we happen to bungle something, we feel it's important to care enough to apologize, learn, make it right, and keep moving forward. Its how we build trust.
Colorado Community... is what I cherish most. Duffeyrolls has become a treasured multi-generation tradition for many families and neighbors in Colorado. Many customers, vendors, and service providers have become dear friends over the years. I feel immense gratitude having the chance to work side by side with teammates who are equally passionate about having fun serving others. I tip my hat to the amazing Duffeyroller teams past and present.
Beyond Colorado... we have shipped Bake at Home Duffeyroll Pans to all 50 states and recently our first to Canada!
