What this policy covers

Duffeyroll Cafe Bakery values your privacy. This policy explains what information this website (duffeyrolls.com) collects, how we use it and the choices you have. When you order online, book catering or shop for bake-at-home pans, you do it on our ordering partners' sites (Toast and our online shop), which have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

• What you send us: when you use one of our forms (contact, catering and corporate gifting), your name, email address, phone number and anything you write. We never take payments on this site.
• How the site is used: Google Analytics records pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location (city level) and your type of device and browser. It uses first-party cookies to tell one visit from another. Google Signals is on: for visitors signed in to a Google account who allow it, Google can link visits across their devices and gives us anonymous, combined reports such as age ranges and interests. Ad personalization is turned off.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive information such as your race, religion or health.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, order inquiry or application.
• To understand which pages help people, so we can improve the site.
• To keep our forms free of spam.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we only email you about what you asked us.

Who helps us run the site

• Web3Forms delivers what you send through a form to our email.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot, using information about your device and how you use the page; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, as described above.
• YouTube plays our videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and then only in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, our staff or our business.

Cookies and your browser

Google Analytics' cookies are the only cookies this site sets; for visitors signed in to Google, Google Signals may also use Google's own cookies. The site also saves two small preferences in your browser, whether animations are paused and your Where's Duffey count, which never leave your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and the site still works. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off on every site, and your Google account's ad settings control what Google links to your account.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to reply and to keep ordinary business records, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything you have sent us through this site. Email contactus@duffeyrolls.com and we will take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Keeping it safe

The whole site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need to reply to you can see what you send. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
